Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used beauty, skincare, makeup, or personal care products.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Verdylight will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
